Drinking water for at least two liters a day can help weight loss according to expert. So I never let pass any time not to drink water. There are also other simple method in loosing way. My friends are into jogging and badminton and from time to time I go with them. We spend our after work playing badminton and during Saturday morning we jog at the park. It‘s also a great bonding activity with friends and not all the time partying.
